Mare, 4 years old and over with foal at foot. 148. Foal, progeny of Mare in previous class. 149. Mare or Gelding, 4 years old and over. 150. Filly or Gelding, 2 or 3 years old. 151. Filly, Colt or Gelding, 1 year old. NPS Scotland/ Scottish Farmer - Scottish Horse In-hand Mountain & Moorland Championship. The Champion & Reserve Champion in classes 146-151 will qualify for the Final which will take place at the Blair Castle International Horse Trials on Friday 11th September 2015. Qualifications may go to 3rd in the championship (i.e. 1st Reserve Champion). Ridden 152. Welsh Cob, New Forest, etc, Shown in Saddle. NPS Scotland/Baileys Horse Feeds Open Ridden Mountain & Moorland Championship. The 2 highest placed ponies not already qualified in class 152 will qualify for the final which will take place at the Blair Castle International Horse Trials on Friday, 11th September, 2015. Qualifications to go no lower than sixth place. 30 SPECIAL PRIZES CHAMPION PRIZE - A Champion Medal will be presented by the Association for the Best Pony in this Section. The Association presents a Perpetual Cup to the Champion Pony. The Association presents £50 to the exhibitor of the Champion Animal. Ardmore Distillery presents miniatures of Ardmore Traditional Cask (in a tube) and Teacher's Highland Cream to the Champion in this Section. Sidney Anderson Perpetual Challenge Trophy presented by Nan Anderson for Best Mountain or Moorland Pony bred by Exhibitor. The Scottish and Northern Welsh Pony and Cob Association offers Rosette for Champion Pony (Membership card must be produced in the ring). The Scottish Welsh Pony and Cob Association offers Rosette for Best Welsh Cob in Hand. (Membership Cards must be produced in the ring). The Scottish Connemara Group present rosettes to the highest placed Connemara Pony in Hand and highest placed Ridden Connemara. |
