Free entry for foals. Prize Money: 1st £40; 2nd £30; 3rd £20; 4th £15; 5th £10; 6th £5 Judging to start at 10.30am approximately Class 153. Stallion, 4 years old and over. 154. Mare with foal at foot. 155. Foal, progeny of Mare in previous class. 156. Mare or Gelding, 4 years old and over (this class may be split at the judges discretion on the day if numbers justify). 157. Colt, Filly or Gelding, 2 or 3 years old. 158. Colt, Filly or Gelding Yearling. NPS Scotland/Scottish Farmer - Scottish Horse in-Hand Mountain & Moorland Championship The Champion and Reserve Champion in classes 153-157 will qualify for the Final which will take place at the Blair Castle International Horse Trials on Friday, 11th September, 2015. Qualifications may go to 3rd in the Championship (i.e. 1st Reserve Champion). 159. Stallion, Mare or Gelding 4 years old and over shown in saddle. NPS Scotland/Baileys Horse Feeds Open Ridden Mountain & Moorland Championship. The 2 highest placed ponies not already qualified in class 159 will qualify for the final which will take place at the Blair Castle International Horse Trials on Friday, 11th September, 2015. Qualifications to go no lower than sixth place. 160. M & M Lead Rein. Open to registered Dartmoor, Exmoor, Shetland, New Forest, Welsh Section A or B mares and geldings four years old or over not exceeding 122cms. Riders must have attained their 3rd birthday but not reached their 9th birthday before the 1st January in the current year. 161. M & M First Ridden. Open to registered Dartmoor, Exmoor, Shetland, New Forest, Welsh Section A or B mares and geldings four year old or over not exceeding 128cms. Riders must have attained their 3rd birthday but not reached their 12th birthday before the 1st January in the current year. 31 NPS Scotland/Kilgraston School Mountain & Moorland Lead Rein and First Ridden Championship. The 2 highest placed ponies in the Lead Rein and First Ridden class not already qualified will go forward to the final which will take place at the Blair Castle International Horse Trials on Friday 11th September, 2015.Qualifications to go no lower than sixth place. M&M Mini Championship open to ponies that have been placed first or second in the Lead Rein and First Ridden classes. SPECIAL PRIZES CHAMPION PRIZE - A Champion Medal will be presented by the Association for the Best Pony in this Section. The Association presents a Perpetual Cup to the Champion Pony. The Association presents £50 to the exhibitor of the Champion Animal. Ardmore Distillery presents miniatures of Ardmore Traditional Cask (in a tube) and Teacher's Highland Cream to the Champion in this Section. Scottish and Northern Welsh Pony and Cob Association offers Rosette for Champion Pony. (Membership Cards must be produced in the ring). Scottish Welsh Pony and Cob Association offers Rosette for Best Registered Section A or B in Hand. (Membership Cards must be produced in the ring). Wm. & R. McEwan Memorial Trophy for the best Welsh Section B Pony in Grampian. |
